Top 10 Cities with the Most Skyscrapers

There is no real definition for a Skyscraper, it is clear that it concerns tall buildings. The term is strongly time and place specific, for example in Amsterdam the only 40 meter high “12-storey house” is referred to as “De Wolkenkrabber”. More important than height is that the building helps determine the ‘skyline’ of a city. In the list below we have assumed buildings higher than 100 meters. Check commit4fitness for list of countries with the highest birth rate. 10. Kuala Lumpur – 244

The most famous building in Kuala Lumpur is the Petronas Towers, with a height of 425 meters they are among the tallest buildings in the world. But they are certainly not the only tall buildings in the city, in total there are 244 buildings higher than 100 meters.

9. Seoul–282

Seoul, the capital of South Korea, has more than 10 million inhabitants (one of the largest cities in the world). To give all these people a place to live and work, there are 282 high-rise buildings in the city. The most famous are Three IFC, Tower Palace, and Mok-dong Hyperion.
